Exceptions are made for defective or damaged items if reported within 3 days of receipt. An uninterrupted (without pause) opening video of the product must be shared with us through mail for initiating returns.

Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for products that do not have free shipping. Refunds will be credited within 10 business days. 8 By Rae will not be responsible for damages caused during the shipment period.

Shipping
