We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To verify if the product is defective, we require a video of the unboxing showing the condition of the product. Refunds will only be issued for defective items after we review the video and confirm the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds
Refunds are granted exclusively for defective products. To process a refund, the item must be returned to our address. Please note that the saree and hand block printed designs may have natural irregularities that are not considered defects. Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged.
Each product is carefully inspected twice before shipment. To facilitate the refund process, we require a video of the unboxing to verify the product's condition upon arrival.
Once we receive and review your return along with the unboxing video, we will inform you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to complete and post the refund.
