Return & Refund Policy

Since the products will be double-checked for quality before dispatch, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

Exceptions are made for defective or damaged items if reported within 3 days of receipt. An uninterrupted (without pause) opening video of the product must be shared with us through mail for initiating returns.

• Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for products that do not have free shipping.
• Refunds will be credited within 10 business days.
